Fire Magic Monarch sports an amazing 792 square inches of cooking space (22x36). Six cast stainless steel burners power three independently controlled cooking zones, 123,000 btu's in all, including a 28,000 btu stainless steel infra-red backburner. Each cook zone has it's own control knob and electronic ignition. Portable grill packages also include either single or double sealed brass side burners (15,000 btus each burner).
